Automatically Maintain Desired Positions and
Prices
With PPC Pro, you can give each keyword a set position
that the program will maintain every time you update your bids.
For instance, if you always want to be ranked #3 for the key phrase
'web hosting,' the program will automatically bid and put you in
that position each time you run the program. This program can be
run manually, once or twice a day, or you can set it on autopilot
to update your bids every X (you choose) amount of minutes. Want
to maintain a position but afraid the bids will get too high? With
PPC Pro, you can set a cap on how high you will let the bids go
to maintain your desired position. Once your bid reaches that cap,
it will maintain the best position it can for your desired bid price.
Say you have a group of 100 keywords you want to
be at the #2 position with a bid cap of $1.00. With PPC Pro, you
can set all 100 keywords to the #2 position, with a $1.00 bid cap,
in one easy step. This saves you the time of having to individually
set the parameters for all 100 keywords. Want to set 50 at #1, 50
at #3, and 50 at #10? No problem. PPC Pro allows you to do so with
ease.

The top two bids are in a 'price war'--creating a huge bid gap
in between positions 2 and 3. You want to maintain this #1 position
but not at the expense of bidding a ridiculous amount of money compared
to the bids below. Why not take advantage of the bid gap and bid
0.78, putting you in the #2 position?
The SmartBid Feature allows you to maintain your desired position
(#1 is the case above); but, at the same time, it protects you from
these price wars and helps you take advantage of bid gaps. Using
the SmartBid Feature, you could have saved 23 cents (1.01-0.78)
in the above example. Enable the SmartBid Feature and feel the power

'Competition Buster'
With the recent implementation of Overture's 'Auto-Bid'
feature, you can use the 'Competition Buster' feature to drive up
the bid costs of your competitors while maintaining your desired
rank at the lowest cost possible. Below is an example of how this
works:
#1--2.00 (paying 1.01)
#2--1.00
#3--0.99 (paying 0.81)
$4--0.80
Now, using the 'Competition Buster' feature, you
set your desired position to #2, with a cap of 3.00. Below is the
new lineup:
#1--2.00 (now paying 2.00)
#2--2.00--this is you (paying only 1.01)
#3--1.00
#4--0.99 (paying 0.81)
#5--0.80
Your competitor in the #1 position now has to pay
$2.00/click. You, on the other hand, only have to pay $1.01/click;
and now, your other competitors have to pay $2.01 to leap frog you.
Close Bid Gaps
Bid gaps exist when you are bidding, say, $1.00
on a keyword and the advertiser below you is paying $0.50. With
PPC Pro, each time the program is run, it will automatically lower
your bid to $0.51--allowing you to maintain your position at the
lowest cost possible. That's right, all this is done AUTOMATICALLY!
Schedule Your Bid Updates
Use our 'Bid Scheduler' to use your 24-bid updates
at the times you desire. If you want to use all 24 updates during
business hours, you can set it up to update every 20 minutes from
9-5. If you want to lower and maintain your bids at 5pm and then
reraise and maintain them the next morning at 5am--PPC Pro can do
it without you lifting a finger. If you want to update at different
times on different days of the week, you can do that too.
Import an Unlimited Amount of Keywords
PPC Pro allows you to import an unlimited amount
of keywords straight from your Goto/Overture account--all in one
step. This saves you from the time-consuming task of having to add
keywords manually, one-by-one. You can also import your keywords
from an Excel Spreadsheet.
Manage an Unlimited Number of Accounts
Whether you are an individual with more than one
account or an SEO monitoring accounts for numerous clients, PPC

Email Notifications
PPC Pro can send you email notifications when a

Using the Keyword Research/Proposal Tool, you can
expand your keyword lists and prepare proposals for your clients
through the following process:
- Prepare an preliminary list of keywords in an Excel Spreadsheet
- Import the keywords into the program
- Find other related terms
- Add these new terms to your list
- See how many times each keyword was searched throughout the
Overture network last month
- Retrieve the current bid prices for each keyword at Overture
- Export this detailed report into an Excel spreadsheet or HTML
document
- Customize the report
- Determine estimated monthly costs for the campaign

Security
Many Goto/Overture advertisers have spent months
and even years building their lists of keywords and key phrases
only to give their lists away to a 3rd party service, who can then
pass the lists on to your competitors. By manually entering or automatically
importing your own keyword list into PPC Pro, you are the only one
who has access to your keyword list--allowing you to stay one step
ahead of your competitors.
In addition, most of the 3rd party services require
that you give them your Overture username and password. Again, by
manually entering this into the user interface of PPC Pro, no one
but you will ever have access to your user name and password. You
are in complete control.
View and Print reports
View your bid data within the program or in an
Excel (or HTML) spreadsheet. This allows you to see where you stand
